Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades apply instantly, downgrades at the end of your billing cycle.

What's your refund policy?

If no credits have been used and no premium features accessed, you can request a refund within 14 days. Once credits are used, no refunds are issued.
